💬 What does it take to keep Belgium at the forefront of clinical trials? This was the focus of yesterday’s pharma.be on Tour at Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc, where stakeholders from across the Belgian healthcare ecosystem discussed the current landscape and future of clinical research. Belgium’s strength in #clinicaltrials is built on a combination of scientific expertise, experienced clinical centres and close collaboration between the many actors involved. That diversity of perspectives was reflected throughout the day, with contributions from Prof. Jean-Pascal Machiels, Caroline Ven, Deputy Prime Minister Maxime Prévot, Prof. Francois Duhoux, Hugues Malonne, Dominique Van Ophem, Gloria Ghéquière, François Perl and Rainer Becker. Our General Manager Renaud Decroix also joined Katrien De Vos, General Manager of MSD Belgium, to share the industry perspective and discuss how we can continue to support clinical research in Belgium.
