When I think of Covenant House International, I'm reminded of the strength of community: the idea that we are all connected, and our shared responsibility to our neighbors defines the strength of our communities. As we prepare for the annual Sleep Out, that sense of connectivity feels more present than ever.
This year, I wanted to shout out our Cisco team captains. Led by the incredible Rachael Chambers, CSM (she/her/hers), they step up after long workdays with boundless compassion to bring others along a journey towards a better future. Whether motivated by personal experiences or a deep desire to contribute, they shine a light on youth homelessness and help young people pursue their dreams with the support of those who believe in them.
Sleeping out is a powerful demonstration of the positive impact that happens when our communities come together. Thank you, Rachael, and every captain, for your tireless work and your unwavering hope. You show us that together, we can give every young person the chance for a brighter, safer future. Join us in supporting Covenant House International by participating in the Sleep Out or contributing to this mission. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/ghxQZwwP
