For anyone ending the week unsure of what’s next, here’s a thought: Feeling stuck doesn’t mean you’ve lost your way. It usually means you’re ready for what’s next, but you haven’t defined what “next” looks like yet. At the SHE CAN Collective, we believe clarity isn’t something you wait for. It’s something you create. If you’ve been craving direction, personally or professionally, here’s a simple way to start: take 15 minutes this week to reflect using one (or all) of these five prompts. You can journal through them or drop them into ChatGPT to help organize your thoughts. Five Prompts to Help You Move Forward with Clarity: 1. Help me identify the top three things currently giving me energy and the top three things draining it. 2. Based on my current skills and interests, what types of roles or industries might align with my values and goals? 3. I feel like I’m in a transition season. Help me explore what this chapter could be about and how to set meaningful intentions for it. 4. Write affirmations or reframes for someone who’s rebuilding confidence after a setback or season of uncertainty. 5. Give me one small, specific action I can take this week to move closer to my goals, even if I’m not completely sure of the path yet. You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need direction.
