Bayer is committed to driving innovation to meet women's health needs throughout various stages of their reproductive life from menarche to menopause.
In the following content, the term "women" is used to encompass individuals who identify as women, as well as those who may not identify within the traditional gender binary but still identify with womanhood. This usage is intended to be inclusive and respectful of all individuals who identify with the experiences and perspectives commonly associated with womanhood. We acknowledge and recognize the diversity of gender identities and strive to be inclusive in our language.

Una vez más, gracias.
I was really pleased to be part of Women Talk by Women in Sales Network , hosted by Bayer Türkiye.
We often talk about women’s leadership, careers and opportunities. But we cannot have that conversation without talking about women’s health. Heavy menstrual bleeding. Period pain. Perimenopause. Menopause. So many experiences that can affect a woman’s confidence, wellbeing, work and everyday life — yet are still too often dismissed as “normal”.
They deserve more awareness. More understanding. And, most importantly, more conversation. And these conversations should not belong to women alone. Men need to be part of them too. Understanding women’s health is not only a women’s issue — it is a workplace, leadership and society issue. We need more men willing to listen, understand and help make these conversations visible.
This is why my special thanks goes to Ergün Güler, a man who chose to bring women leaders from different industries together in Türkiye and create a space for these conversations to happen. I believe this matters. We need more of this — and perhaps, in the truest sense. Thank you also to Çağrı Maraşlı from Bayer Türkiye for the wonderful presentation, and to Güliz Öztürk, Dr. BANU CIFTCI and Beste Dogar for the honest, insightful and mind-opening discussions. And to all the inspiring women leaders who made the day so special — thank you.
As GRED, we are proud to support Women Talk and the Women in Sales community, and our support will continue.
If it is holding women back, it is anything but normal.
Let’s keep talking.
Let’s keep challenging.
Let’s raise our voices.

It’s great news — and a proud moment !
#AnythingButNormal for Bayer has been recognized at the The Clios with 2 Silvers in Health Equity & Women’s Health & 2 Shortlists in Creative Strategy & Film !
This campaign is deeply personal to me because it tackles a truth we too often overlook: More than 1.5 billion women live with health conditions that are normalized, minimized, or simply unseen.
With #AnythingButNormal, we set out to challenge that.
Instead of telling the story in a conventional way, we made the invisible visible — literally. Through hand-painted camouflage, women blended into their everyday environments, powerfully reflecting how symptoms are absorbed into daily life and too often dismissed as “normal.”
No heavy dialogue. No exaggeration. Just a striking visual truth that invites you to look again — and question what we accept.
This is more than a campaign. It’s part of a broader ambition through women.bayer.com to empower women with knowledge, visibility, and a stronger voice in their own health.
Proud of what this represents:
-Bold creativity grounded in real insight,
-True co-creation with women’s health advocates,
-A team and partners who pushed for impact, not just awareness..
Huge thanks to everyone who brought this to life — especially our agency partners and the many voices behind the scenes.
Because #WomensHealth should be Anything but Normal when “normal” means being unheard.

8th March is not just a date… It is a reminder of the work still ahead.
This #InternationalWomensDay, we reaffirm our commitment to championing women-led development, amplifying their voices, and enabling greater access to care and opportunities. Because real progress happens when support turns into action.
The spirit of #GiveToGain is simple: when we invest in women, the impact multiplies, taking us closer to a future where not just women, but families and communities thrive.

New year, new purpose.
Today, we relaunch our Women’s Health page with a renewed commitment — to honour the real, often unseen experiences so many women carry with them every day:
The way symptoms are dismissed.
The way pain gets minimised.
The way women push through, because they feel they have to.
But those moments aren’t “normal.”
They’re signals that something needs to change.
This space is for conversations that haven’t been loud enough.
For the stories that deserve to be heard.
For the women who have felt unheard, overlooked, or expected to “just get on with it”.
Follow us, share your voice, and stand with us. Together we can build a future where women’s health is finally met with understanding, education, action — and compassion.
Because women deserve far more than “you’ll be fine.”

Women’s Health Strategic Investment & Innovation | Cross-Border Strategy and Institutional Partnerships | Founder, FemTech Weekend | Former Barclays
I’m proud to bring the 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 to life — a curated cross-border pitch initiative shaped by Femtech Across Borders (FAB) in strategic partnership with WOMEN | Bayer, Bayer Women's Healthcare in China.
What excites me most is that this has been built through FAB — 𝗮 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 — 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀.
That means not just more introductions, but the right introductions.
Not just more exposure, but more meaningful engagement.
This is an action-oriented room: a space for women’s health innovators to engage with serious stakeholders through curated visibility, high-quality conversations, and 1:1 meetings that can genuinely move something forward.
Because women’s health cannot afford more performative enthusiasm.
It needs sharper conversations around R&D, capital, partnership, execution, and what it truly takes to build.
And this is also why China matters here.
Not only as a market to enter, but as a market with distinct strengths that global innovators can learn from and leverage — from scale and health demand, to research capability, infrastructure, talent, and faster feedback loops on what works.
When you combine the
• credibility of Bayer and Femtech Across Borders
• the presence of long-term-minded investors
• a truly global perspective
• a format intentionally designed to create real connection rather than wasted motion
The value becomes very different.
This is not about showing up for the sake of being seen.
It is about showing up for the conversations that may sharpen your next move.
👉 Applications are now open: https://lnkd.in/eDDCwsM2
If you are building in women’s health and looking for the right room, the right stakeholders, and the right cross-border conversations to move your business forward, I invite you to apply.

Our #AnythingButNormal campaign for WOMEN | Bayer, which aims to destigmatise women’s health issues, is now live in a physical setting.
Alongside an awareness film, social campaign, global health survey and advice chatbots, our print and digital ads have just taken over Basel’s International EuroAirport for a year.
Super proud of this one - it’s an incredibly important issue, and one that deserves far more noise.
1 in 2 women globally face women’s health challenges. Yet for too long, many have been conditioned to accept these symptoms as “normal” - just part of being a woman.
In partnership with WOMEN | Bayer, our #AnythingButNormal campaign challenges that assumption.
The campaign reframes “normal” as something worth questioning, not enduring. It empowers women to recognise when something isn’t right, encourages them to speak up, seek answers, and advocate for the care they deserve. Because women’s health should be recognised, validated, and prioritised. Not dismissed.
Today marks an important milestone: our “Anything But Normal” print and digital ads are now live at Basel’s International EuroAirport, where they will remain on display for an entire year.
These executions sit alongside an awareness film, social campaign, campaign website, global health survey, and advice chatbots - all working together to help redefine what “normal” should mean in women’s health.
We’re incredibly proud to be part of a campaign driving such meaningful change. #VMLHealth
