Hazard: These jewelry items manufactured in October and November, 2024, may contain more than 100 ppm of accessible cadmium content, which can be toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects through long-term skin exposure.

Description: This recall affects certain Monica Vinader jewelry sold at Nordstrom stores and online on or before May 13, 2025, for the bracelet (item SKU YGBL-HART-NON) and the necklace (item SKU YG-NK-HART-NON), and on or before May 15, 2025, for the earrings (item SKU YG-EA-HARS-NON).

BUGABOO NORTH AMERICA RECALLS GIRAFFE HIGH CHAIRS DUE TO RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH FROM FALL HAZARD

Name of Product: Bugaboo Giraffe High Chair

Hazard: The high chairs pose a fall hazard because the legs of the chair can detach from the frame if the screws connecting the legs were not properly tightened during assembly.

Incidents/Injuries: The firm has received 22 reports of the legs of the chair detaching, including 13 reports of minor injuries.

Description: This recall involves Bugaboo Giraffe high chairs that were sold at Nordstrom and other retailers from May 2023 through April 2025 for about $380. (About 18,280 units sold, plus 2,325 sold in Canada.) The high chairs measure about 30" tall, 21" wide and 23" long. Item codes and colors are listed below. Item codes can be located on the bottom of the seat.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled high chairs and contact Bugaboo to receive a free repair kit including a T Allen key and new screws to install into the product's legs. Bugaboo is contacting all known purchasers directly.

CYBEX RECALLS SELECT ATON G AND ATON G SWIVEL INFANT CAR SEATS

Name of Product: CYBEX Aton G and Aton G Swivel Infant Car Seats

Hazard: CYBEX has identified that certain actions can allow the harness anchor pin to dislodge on Aton G infant car seats made before May 10, 2024, when the seat is not in use. If the seat is slid or scraped over a sharp edge (like a table or countertop) or possibly the edge of the Aton G Swivel Base, the harness anchorage hooks can bend, causing the harness anchor pin to dislodge when the seat is not in use.

• When a child is secured in the harness, the anchor cannot come loose.
• If the anchor hooks are bent, the harness strap can detach when not in use.
• Caregivers will notice any harness detachment when securing a child and checking harness tightness.
• If the harness anchor pin is missing, the harness will detach from the seat at the hip anchor. In the event of a vehicle crash, the detached harness would not properly restrain the occupant, increasing the occupant's risk of injury

Description: This recall affects select CYBEX Aton G and Aton G Swivel infant car seats sold at Nordstrom and Nordstrom.com from July 1, 2023, to May 10, 2024. Model numbers included are:

CYBEX car seats manufactured after May 10, 2024, are not affected.

Remedy: Register for a free remedy kit by contacting CYBEX Customer Service at 1.877.242.5676 or online at https://register.cybex-online.com/us/carseats. CYBEX will provide a free remedy kit on or about April 4, 2025. This kit includes a device that locks the harness and the harness anchor pin in place, even if the harness anchor retention hooks are bent, along with instructions on how to install the device. While waiting for the remedy kit, caregivers can continue to use the Aton G and Aton G Swivel infant car seats if they follow these steps:

• Before each use, check the harness anchor retention hooks for any damage.
• If any hooks are bent away from the harness anchor pin, do not use the seat and contact CYBEX immediately for assistance.

NUNA INITIATES VOLUNTARY SAFETY RECALL OF SELECTED RAVA CONVERTIBLE CAR SEATS

Name of Product: Nuna RAVA Convertible Car Seat

Hazard: Nuna Baby Essentials, Inc. (Nuna) recently identified a potential harness issue in certain Nuna RAVA Convertible Car Seats that could result in debris entering the area where the front harness adjuster button is located. The debris may cause the teeth of the adjuster mechanism to no longer properly clamp onto the adjuster strap, resulting in the harness no longer remaining tight. A loose harness may not properly restrain the occupant, increasing the risk of injury in a crash. There have been no reports of injury to Nuna.

Description: This recall affects selected RAVA car seats sold in Nordstrom stores and online between July 2016 and October 2023. Model numbers included are CS-50-001, CS-50-002, CS-50-003, CS-50-004, CS-50-005, CS05101CHC, CS05103CVR, CS05103FRT, CS05103GRN, CS05103LAK, CS05103OXF, CS05103ROS, CS05107RFD, CS05110LGN, CS05111OCN, CS05114CRD and CS05104THR.

The units affected by this issue are clearly marked with a serial number that begins with the sequence "142AA" followed by a number that falls below "0062239."

Name of Product: Miniverse Make It Mini sets, as outlined below under "Description."

Hazard: The recalled Make It Mini sets contain resins that in liquid form can cause skin, eye and respiratory irritation or sensitization when inhaled, touched or ingested by children or adults. After the resins cure, they no longer present these hazards. The resins contain acrylates in amounts that are prohibited in children's products by the Federal Hazardous Substances Act.

Hazard: The harness padding of the Thule RideAlong Child Bike Seat contains flame-retardant decaBDE in excess of regulatory limits.

Description: This recall involves the Thule RideAlong rear-mounted Child Bike Seat that fits most bicycle frames. It was sold in grey with black three-point harness padding. The model number and date code can be found on the bottom side of the seat. Only model number 100107 and date codes 21/3-23/10 (March 2021 to October 2023) are included in this recall.

Remedy: Confirm the production date for your product:

1. Locate the product label on the bottom side of the seat.

2. Read the first line:

• The product item number is 100107
• The date code is indicated by year/month. In the example below, September 2021 is indicated as 21/9.

3. If you locate a QC 2024 sticker on the bottom of the seat, your seat unit is already checked and safe to use regardless of date code.
