    It may be hopeless to ask, but do you think you will release it one day? Especially now Fallout is popular due to the Amazon show?
    Will putting "Release the PM cut" on billboards and T shirts help?

    This would have been the Best NCR Trooper Armor retexture, also well as for the 1st Recon Armors.

    I do not want to be "That Guy", but is there any update on either the author or this mod?

      Mod Author quit before releasing this. My guess is that we will never see the finished mod. Perhaps only a few people have a incomplete version behind closed doors but that's it.

      What a shame. Would rather have him just relase it as is, even if it is not finished and leave permissions open to let somebody else finish it.
