UPDATE: Redid the Damaged flag version, as I felt it looked really cheap and fake. Hand drew what I wanted to change.
Alright, even though this looks like mod theft, all I did was take a classic NCR flag image from Google and whether it up a bit.
Even though Mohamed2001 made a mod with the exact same premise my mod displays more withering, bullet holes and well, just looks up-to-date a bit more
There are two versions: A well-worn, battered-up flag. And the exact same with some bullet holes added. If anything is odd, out of place, or just not working, let me know as soon as you can.
Might redo this mod or even add some more flag options to choose from in the future.
P.S. If Mohamed2001 wants me to, I will take this mod down. But this mod in no way other than name and purpose is the same as his original mod.
