Post to Social Media from Claude, ChatGPT, and Any AI Agent
Socialync runs a full MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, so any AI assistant that speaks MCP can draft, schedule, and publish content to your TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, and Bluesky accounts — from the conversation you are already having.
Included on every plan, even free (5 posts/month, no credit card) · Unlimited posting from $20/mo for 5 accounts · No per-task fees · 7-day free trial
Your AI assistant. Your social accounts. Connected.
Most social media tools force you to log in, click around, paste your caption six times, and pick a time. With MCP, you just tell your AI what you want — and it handles the rest.
Without MCP
- • Open the dashboard
- • Paste content into 8 different fields
- • Adjust each caption for each platform
- • Pick a schedule time
- • Click publish, click confirm, repeat
With Socialync MCP
In Claude:
“Take this video transcript, write a TikTok hook, an Instagram caption with 5 hashtags, and a LinkedIn version that ends with a question. Schedule all three for Thursday at 9am.”Done.
How It Works
Add the Server URL
Point Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP client at https://mcp.socialync.io/mcp. Sign in with your Socialync account in the browser and pick which brands the assistant may manage.
Or Use an API Key
Clients that cannot open a browser (Grok Bot, headless agents, hand-edited config files) use an API key from Socialync settings as a Bearer token instead. One active key per account, limited to the brands you pick, revocable any time.
Post in Plain English
Tell your AI what to do. It shows you the exact post and publishes after your yes in chat, or saves a draft you approve in the app.
What You Can Build
Repurpose long-form into 8 posts
Drop a podcast transcript or YouTube video into Claude. It generates platform-tuned captions for every channel and queues them in your drafts.
First comments for hashtags and links
Have your AI move hashtags and links into a first comment. Socialync posts it under the post right after it publishes on Instagram, Threads, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Bluesky.
Brand-voice automation
Give your AI a system prompt with your brand voice, audience, and pillars. Every draft it writes is on-brand without a human touching the caption.
Custom agents for your team
Build a Claude or ChatGPT setup for your social manager that already knows your tone, your platforms, and whether to draft or publish. Onboarding becomes a paste.
Trigger from anything
Wire up a Claude Agent SDK script that watches your CMS, your YouTube uploads, or your podcast RSS — and drafts social posts the moment something publishes.
Drafts you approve before they publish
Ask the AI to save a draft. It publishes only after you approve it on the drafts page in Socialync, or after you say yes in chat and the AI approves it for you. Only the Socialync user who connected the AI sees these drafts.
Works with Every MCP Client
If it speaks Model Context Protocol, it works with Socialync.

FAQ
What is an MCP server for social media?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard for connecting AI assistants to external tools. Socialync runs an MCP server that lets any MCP-compatible AI — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, custom agents — draft, schedule, and post content to your connected social accounts on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, and Bluesky.
Which AI assistants can post to social media through Socialync?
Any MCP-compatible client. That includes Claude (Socialync is in Claude's connector directory, so on the web, desktop and phone you search Socialync and click Connect; Claude Code and the API work too), ChatGPT (Developer mode connector), Cursor, Continue, Zed, and any agent built on the Anthropic Agent SDK or OpenAI MCP client. If your tool speaks MCP, it works with Socialync.
Is the AI posting directly to my account, or going through review?
You choose. Your AI shows you the exact post and publishes after your yes in chat, or saves a draft you approve in the Socialync app. You can also switch on a confirmation dialog on the API Keys page, which shows the exact post inside AI clients that support it.
How is this different from Zapier or n8n?
Zapier and n8n are deterministic workflow tools that trigger on rules. MCP is conversational: your AI assistant decides what to post based on context you give it ("turn this transcript into an X post and an Instagram caption, then schedule both for Thursday at 9am"). It is also included on every Socialync plan, where Zapier charges per task.
Which plan includes MCP access?
Every plan, including the free one. On free you get the full MCP server and 7 of its 8 platforms (X requires a paid plan), metered by the free allowance of 5 posts a calendar month, and one publish counts as one post however many platforms you send it to. No credit card, no trial. Paid removes the monthly cap, adds X and AI content generation: $20/month for 5 connected accounts, first seat free, scaling as you connect more accounts or add seats, with up to 10 posts per day through MCP.
Is my account safe? What can the AI actually do?
Your MCP connection only reaches the brands you pick when you connect, and you can revoke it at any time from your Socialync settings. The AI can only do what your plan permits: draft, schedule, post, and list scheduled content. It cannot change billing, delete your account, or access connected platforms outside the API surface Socialync exposes.
Stop tab-switching. Start delegating.
MCP and API are included on every plan, even free: connect your AI assistant today with 5 posts a month and no credit card. Go unlimited with AI caption generation from $20/month for 5 accounts, or try Premium free for 7 days.
