Join us on tour

We’re hitting the road and coming to you.

The Total Comp Tour is a national roadshow bringing Salary.com and WorldatWork affiliates directly to the HR and comp professionals who are in the trenches every day.

Across a series of live, in-person events — plus two virtual stops — we’re creating space for the honest, peer-driven conversations that actually move the needle in total rewards.

No fluff, no sales pitch. Just the comp community, together, in your city.

Make Better Pay Decisions

Comp doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Neither should the conversations.

The best comp decisions don’t come from dashboards alone — they come from the people in the room.

We built the Total Comp Tour because this community deserves more than webinars and white papers.

We want to be where you are: in the room, in the conversation, and in the work alongside you.

Find your city

We're hitting cities across the country — and bringing two virtual events for the ones who can't make it in person.

Every stop on the tour, we’re capturing the moments that don’t make it into the slide deck — the hallway conversations, the candid takes, the faces behind the comp community. Everything you need to know.

Have questions about the tour? We’ve got answers. Find everything you need to know below.

The Total Comp Tour is designed for compensation professionals, HR leaders, and total rewards practitioners — from analysts to VPs — who want to connect with peers, sharpen their skills, and have honest conversations about where comp is headed.

Any stop hosted directly by Salary.com is free to attend — we just ask that you register to save your spot. Some affiliate-hosted events may charge a fee. Check the individual event page for details.

Yes — we’re hosting two virtual events during the tour. The national trivia event at Buc-ee’s is open to anyone, regardless of location. The second virtual event is open to Florida affiliates only. Register for your applicable stop and you’ll receive all the details you need to join.

Virtual events include recordings for all registrants. In-person events will not be recorded, so we encourage you to show up live — that’s where the real conversation happens anyway.

Each stop has its own agenda, but themes across the tour include: compensation benchmarking, pay transparency and equity, total rewards strategy, workforce planning, and the future of comp tech. Sessions are practitioner-led and peer-focused.

Find your city in the tour dates section above, click to expand the stop, and follow the registration link. Each city has its own registration page.

Absolutely — and we encourage it. Each event has a unique focus and local community feel. Register for as many as you’d like.

Yes — most affiliates are happy to welcome prospective members. Since each location may handle attendance a bit differently, we recommend contacting your local affiliate to confirm availability for your city’s Total Comp Tour stop. We’d love to have you join us!
