      They aren't identical but are close. Versafine Clair is wonderful for heat embossing - and even when it feels dry 4-9 minutes AFTER stamping, can be used for embossing.       My research showed that Versa Clair is the same as Versafine. It is a refined formulation of Versafine which allowed for brighter colours to be developed.
