    Picket Fence Studios Paper Splatter Silver

    I saw this product being used to create a splatter pattern on a card front. I have done this many times with gold paint pens but it can be difficult getting the result I want. This looks very easy and it's watercolor (not as much of a mess). The look when finished is quite beautiful.
