Raise your hand if you love adding glitter and shimmer so that your handmade creations sparkle and shine! Then you need this exclusive Clear Shimmer Glitter Brush Marker from Scrapbook.com. Add delicate accents and subtle shimmery touches to your scrapbook layouts, handmade cards, notebook pages, journal entries, and so much more!

Contents: One clear shimmer Glitter Brush Marker

Size: Marker measures 6.1" in length

Features:

  • Nylon brush tip
  • Can be used for thick lines, thin lines, or delicate accents
  • Versatile
  • Easy to use
  • Acid free
  • Can be applied on top of waterproof ink, paint, stamped images, brush lettering, and more!

A little bit of translucent shimmer goes a long way when you're using this Glitter Brush Marker. A delicate squeeze activates the shimmery liquid that you can swirl, dot, and glide along your project for the subtle hint of sparkle and shine you're looking for.

How to activate your Glitter Brush Marker:

  • Give the pen a good shake to mix the contents.
  • Unscrew the end barrel from the Brush Marker; remove the neon yellow ring in the middle of the barrel and dispose of it. Screw the barrel back in place tightly.
  • Uncap the lid from the barrel with a gentle tug; bend the brush tip back and forth so the bristles are not stiff and stuck together.
  • Gently squeeze the barrel where it says 'PUSH' to send the glitter fluid to the bristles. Don't squeeze too hard or the glitter may rush out too quickly or flood the brush tip.

This will be the finishing touch you reach for time and time again. The subtle shimmer creates such a magical effect, especially on top of dark tones! When you want some glitter or sparkle but don't want it to overshadow your brilliant creation, grab a Glitter Brush Marker from Scrapbook.com!

If your brush becomes frozen during shipping in winter months, please allow to completely return to room temperature before using.

Great for an added touch of sparkle to your crafting projects.

This pen adds a great touch of sparkle to your crafting projects. Make sure you remove the little ring before screwing the top down, and don't squeeze too hard or you will have blobs on your project. Best to try it out on a piece of scrap paper first. You get the sparkle on your project without the glitter mess.

    Shake very well

I have to be honest this brush took longer to come to life than my other colors. I had to really shake it up before I got the glitter out. Because it is clear the glitter is very subtle. I used it on Red paper. Maybe black paper would show the glitter better. My blush color shows more glitter than the clear.

    Love a little bling!

    AMAZING Shimmer for any project!!
I tried the gold Nuvo glitter marker before, but this one from Scrapbook.com lets to apply it more even. Easy to use, and I can use it in layers for more glitter. It is clear, and does't change your base color of your cardstock. I used it over stamping and it is gorgeous! A clear must have!

    The queen of sparkle

I love that it is well builtable, so if you add more layers on your cardstock will be more super shiny! YAY!

It is just amazing! feel free to check on my photos, how shiny it is! So if you want to only one thing today, that should be this glitter marker! The warm toned silver micro glitter pieces are fabulous!
It's really clear and it's perfect over the inks, paper, cardstock and so on!

    Shimmer all the things!

There is nothing better than a shimmery sheen to surprise and delight a card recipient! Yes, you will reach for this brush again and again to add those little touches of shimmer on your projects. Compared to other glitter brushes I've used, I'm really impressed that the coverage is very even and the liquid is actually clear. I expect I'll be ordering another one soon so I don't run out!

    Somewhat difficult

Getting the cap off this thing is an experience. Do NOT twist when trying to pull the cap off. The body will separate and spill the contents. I spilled most of it the first time I tried to open it. The shimmer is great once you get the hang of actually getting it open. For someone with arthritis I would not recommend as it’s so hard to pull the cap off.

    Eh

Like a few other reviewers have stated, this glitter brush marker is a little frustrating to open and often times it doesn't work properly (either not enough product comes out and I have to go over something twice or too much comes out ruining several projects). Maybe there's a trick to using the marker or I'm doing something wrong. I'm going to search for an alternative.

    What I've been looking for

I have been looking for a clear glitter pen since I moved, and now found it, I would suggest adding instructions in the package to get it to work, however. I spent quite a bit of time fiddling with it, taking it apart, squeezing where it says push on the pen, before being able to get any liquid out. But I finally did, and it's just what I hoped for.

    Good purchase

These are the best little accent pens to give just the right amount of sparkle to different parts of my cards, without overpowering the rest of the design. They last a long time if taken care of properly. Be careful to not squeeze them after removing the initial yellow ring (which allows you to activate) or you will have it dripping all over. Just a gentle touch is all it takes.

NOTE: I usually have used the name brand (Wink Of Stella)...but these look to be identical. You'll love them!!

Be Aware This Is A Set of Three

HAHA I missed that this was a set of three and I ordered 3 sets!
I intended to give them to my adult daughters and keep one so now we each will have three. No worries since this is a universal glitter to be used everywhere.
It should have instructions on how to prime them. I saw it used on a live video and that's how I knew to remove the yellow ring, then prime it.
    Is is just lovely.

    • I really wish I had known how to pull the cap off with a “gentle tug” as my entire craft area is covered in ink now and a number of projects ruined. I’m very upset about this! • Is there some way to coat application so that glitter does not rub off?   By: snowmanlover55 (01-May-24) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
This question is about a related product.
    • Hello, we would recommend something like a spray sealant like Mod Podge if you are interested in sealing the glitter. We have tested other things like Distress Miro Glaze and this causes all the glitter to rub off. By: Scrapbook.com (02-May-24) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! • Hello and thank you for your question! This Glitter Brush is very similar to the Wink Of Stella brush. By: Scrapbook.com (19-Dec-19) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This Answer has been reported. Thank you!

    • I’ve discovered this to be true. After I couldn’t even get the cap off after 25 minutes of the whole family trying. I’ll be going back to the Wink Of Stella product. • What's the difference between Lustre Brush and Glitter Brush?   By: Mittens1 (20-Oct-25) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
This question is about a related product.
    • Hi! The Lustre is a more bold solid coverage for coloring while the glitter brush is more translucent and adds shimmer and Sparke over an existing color. By: Scrapbook.com (20-Oct-25) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This Answer has been reported. Thank you!

  • I ordered black shimmer however the color on the pen says black. The plastic does say glitter brush marker. Is black the same as black shimmer?   By: Rmorales828 (14-Oct-25) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
This question is about a related product.
    • Hello. Yes, the black is black shimmer. Please be sure the brush tip is securely screwed onto the base and be sure to shake the marker well prior to pulling off the cap to use. This will allow the shimmer to be suspended in the color and mix evenly. By: Scrapbook.com (15-Oct-25) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This Answer has been reported.
