Install, configure, and support PCs for private individuals. Install and maintain operating systems Windows XP, ME, Vista, 7 software packages, and peripherals. Provide and user training in operating systems, printers, scanners, and MS Office usage, and basic computer operations. Troubleshoot computer problems. Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.). Install and maintain network cabling Install & Configure network softwares.
Skills as Receptionist: Keep good relationship with customers by giving good service. Keep the customers details in their own file for reference in future. Handled the customer phones, mails, messages etc.
