REPLACEMENT
1. (a) (b) REMOVE HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSY Disconnect the connector. Remove the bolt and horn.

INSTALL HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSY Place the stay onto the baffle part in the radiator support upper, and then install the horn with the bolt. Torque: 20 NVm (204 kgfVcm, 15 ftVlbf) Connect the connector.

INSPECTION

INSPECT LOW PITCHED HORN ASSY Check operation of the horn. Standard:
MeasurementCondition Battery positive (+) Battery positive () Terminal 1 Horn body Specified Condition Horn sounds

If the result is not as specified, replace the horn assy.

INSPECT HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSY Check operation of the horn. Standard:

If the result is not as specified, replace the horn assy.

INSPECT HORN RELAY ASSY Remove the HORN relay from the engine room R/B No. 2. Check the horn relay resistance. Standard:
Specified Condition 10 kW or higher Below 1 W (When battery voltage is applied to terminals 1 and 2)
