Sir; Greetings! We are a student organization from Saint Louis University, School of Nursing. We are writing this letter with the intent to utilize the Baguio Convention Center for our annual Nurses Festival. This would be the concluding event for our month long festivity. We plan to hold the following activities at the convention center: Pop dance competition Fashion Show Search for Mr. and Ms. Sportsfest Concluding ceremonies and awarding of winners Talent Search (Nurses Got Talent)

We expect an estimate of 1200 students to participate during the activity. May we request for a reservation of the venue for ten (10) hours on February 17, 2013. We await your kind consideration and immediate response on the matter.
