FI/LS SWITCH FH7-7652-00G INSERTED INTO POWER SUPPLY FG6-4964-00G

Fig. 1: Power Supply FG6-4964-00G with FI/LS-Switch FH7-7652-00G and LPS-Line filter FG3-1341-00G In order to avoid a malfunction of the switch FH7-7652-00G, great care must be taken so that input and output are not mixed up. When using the LPS Line filter FG3-1341-00G, this cannot happen, as the litz wire is not long enough to assemble them twisted, meaning that the line filter can only be attached to the correct side (output) of FH7-7652-00G. If, during servicing, the LPS line filter FG3-1341-00G is exchanged by the equivalent service part FG6-5437-000, input and output might get mixed up, as the litz wires of FG6-5437-000 are longer than the litz wires of FG3-1341-00G. In order to make sure that the switch FH7-7652-00G is connected correctly when FG6-5437-000 is used, a caution label will be added from the implementation date of FH7-7652-00G (see figure 2). The caution label will be yellow in background colour.

If the line filter is defective, please replace the defective part by FG6-5437-000. If the Circuit Breaker is defective, please replace defective part by FH7-6311-000.
