School wide Goal: Establishing peace-orientation in student-teachers through education; Nurturing students for the development of social skills and outlook to live together. Linked education as a catalyst for activating democratic culture in the school. Transacting education for peace as a lifestyle movement among the students and parents.

Short term academic objectives: To develop understanding about education for peace in teacher-educators and student-teachers. To develop understanding of student-teachers on Education for Peace with the use of ICT and class room practices. The student-teachers will be able to display activities on education for peace. Barriers: Education for Peace is not treated as a subject at school level as in the other subjects.

No separate materials are available for imparting education for peace in the school system. Teachers are not aware about the concept of education for peace as it does not directly related the class room transactional process, assessment, etc. Education for peace is not mandatory/compulsory but have to internalize from own perspective.
