Construction mesh and wire supports

The construction mesh range usually consists of all standard (A, B, C & D) fabric types manufactured to BS 4483:2005 with CARES certification and a full range of wire supports both continuous hychairs and circular type.

Industrial welded mesh

The industrial mesh product range includes: Standard or bespoke welded mesh panels 2.5mm to 8mm wire diameter Mesh pitch centres from 12mm on cross wire, 25mm on line wire Infinitely variable centres on line and cross wires

Line wire lengths up to 3,100mm Cross wire lengths up to 1,650mm Three different wire diameters can be utilised per mesh panel (1 x line, 2 x cross wire) Full service

Fully automated machinery allows product to be manufactured quickly for medium to high volume quantities however also provides the flexibility to meet lower volume demand when required, allowing BRC Manufacturing to offer a complete service to our clients including: Product types: Standard and bespoke panel sizes manufactured Panel corners cut and areas removed Flush edges or overhangs on any panel side Wire cut to length and supplied loose from 2mm to 8mm

BRC Manufacturing supply welded mesh panels to a flush finish as standard with a minimal overhang of between 0.25 to 0.75mm, please request if a chamfer cropped edge is required. Material finishes offered:
