STRUCTURAL DESIGN REPORT FOR THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION

OF DORMITORY BLOCK AT APSWRS(B) STATION GHANPOOR (V&M)


IN WARANGAL DIST

The Structure is designed as RCC Framed Structure with G+2 floors

The floor to floor distance is considered as 3.6 mts..

The external and internal plinth beams are proposed at basement level

The walls are considered as 230 mm thick.

The Structural Analysis is carried out as space frame using STAAD-PRO


V8i Software.

The design is carried out as per limit state method.

M20 Grade concrete is considered for all concrete members like footings,
Columns, Pedestals, Plinth Beams, staircase, roof slabs and roof beams.

Safe Bearing Capacity of soil is taken as 200 kN /m2.
