Advance Policy

Employees who have worked for 6 months are eligible for a salary advance of up to one month's salary, which must be repaid within 2-3 months. To apply, employees fill out a form requiring approval from their manager and the HR department, which will verify there are no outstanding debts before releasing the advance. Salary advance policy:


Salary advance will be limited to one months Salary.
Salary advance must be cleared with in 2 to 3 months time.
For special cases we can consider if there is proper
management approval.
Eligibility criteria:
Employees who have completed 6months employment
successfully.
Employees who have no previous duescleared other advances.
!rocedure:
Employee should fill the salary advance format.
