Final Evaluation

Mina Zaiyouna completed her clinical placement from June 1st to April 17th, 2014 on the 6E unit at Sunnybrook hospital. Her faculty evaluator found her to be satisfactory in all areas of nursing practice including safe and ethical care, communication, relationship building, leadership, care planning, collaboration, quality improvement, critical thinking and decision making. Specifically, the faculty noted Mina could independently care for two patients, communicated effectively, built relationships, demonstrated leadership and advocated for patients. Mina agreed with the faculty's evaluation and felt she gained skills in all areas and can now confidently care for patients.
