Inclusive of the following amenities:


*Fully Air conditioned function Hall.
*Basic Electricity plus stand- by genset for uninterrupted power supply.
*Ample wide secured FREE parking area.
*Mood lights/Color changing back lights.
*Courtesy Room (mini-suite)/ Business Center.
* Manpower (Events Officers, Marshalls, Maintenance Staff, Electrician,
Bldg.Engineer, Security Guards &
Doorman).
* Stage, Lights & Sounds is not included but would prefer to avail of the In-house
suppliers.
NOTE: Prices may change without prior notice. Holding period for tentative booking is one (1) week only.
Without confirmation/payment of reservation fee of P10,000.00/ hall payable to CUTAD, INC. will be
considered null and void thereafter. Any cancellation made within ninety (90) days from the event date, the
Management of 1 esplanade will forfeit the CLIENTs security deposit and all payments made in favor of 1
esplanade. All unpaid accounts shall immediately become due, demandable and payable, without necessity
of notice or demand.

Pearl Hall Renovation and Construction will start this 2014 however we assure our Valued Clients that they will
be protected against any disruptions.
