The Kew Gardens come alive for
another enlightening celebration

along a path, lit up by
fairy lights, one that winds
through the gorgeous
grounds of Kew Gardens,
watching on as the dancing
fountains perform their
routine you see their
reflection glowing on the water. Having
made your way through the illuminated
tunnel of lights, you reach the scented fire
garden and find a warm place to sit down
and relax.
If this sounds like a perfect winters
evening to you, then you need to head
to Christmas at Kew. Back for the third
year running, the botanical gardens
Christmas spectacle promises to be a
magical evening.
Light shows aside, Christmas at Kew
offers a range of activities to entertain
both revellers of all ages. Indeed, while
the Choir of the Holly Bushes will provide

ENJOY delicious
mulled WINE or hot
CHOCOLATE and
toast YOUR OWN
MARSHMALLOWS on
an OPEN FIRE
the festive soundtrack to the evening,
you can enjoy warm spiced cider, mulled
wine or hot chocolate and roast your own
marshmallows on an open fire. Rather
conveniently, a gift shop will be opening
on the site for those who fancy doing
some last minute Christmas shopping.

adults that want to get in on the fun,
there will also be vintage rides available
outside of the childrens area.
The seasonal illumination trail runs
from 5-10pm on a few select dates,
so we suggest booking in advance
to secure your place on this magical
journey. But, if you fancy visiting during
the day, it is possible through normal
admission.
While you will still be able to sample
the range of festive treats and activities,
we really recommend seeing the
extravaganza at night the incredible
array of colourful lights that bounce on
to the Palm House is simply unmissable.
