The Ateneo Campus Ministry Office requires all 4th and 5th year students to attend a three-day retreat to prepare for life after college. The retreat will be held from Thursday to Saturday at Harmony Village or Nuestra Señora del Pilar Lay Formation Center. Dear Sir/Madam:
Greetings of Peace!
The Ateneo Campus Ministry Office provides a three-day retreat to all fourth year and fifth year students as they prepare themselves
for their lives after college. Hence, we feel that it is important for you to be aware that this retreat is part of the universitys
requirement; all fourth and fifth year students are required to attend their scheduled retreat.
This special gathering is being held from Thursdays to Saturdays inclusive of holidays at the Harmony Village, Pitogo-Sinunuc or
Nuestra Seora del Pilar Lay Formation Center, Mercedes, Zamboanga City.
Retreat orientation is scheduled on a specific time and students will be oriented on the several policies and guidelines. Students who
fail to attend the orientation will not be allowed to join the retreat. One of the policies is prohibiting them to bring the following:
a) Textbooks/Pocketbooks/Magazines
b) Electronic Devices (I-pods, PSPs, cellular phones, tablets, laptops, cameras, etc.)
c) Liquor (or intoxicating drinks), Cigarette/s, Board games or playing cards
Any students found violating the policy and guideline mentioned above will be asked to leave the retreat venue. Their attendance in
this retreat will be considered invalid and they will be asked to attend another retreat next school year and pay the retreat fee again.
Retreat is a time to reflect and pray. As much as possible, we want the students to detach themselves from things that can disturb or
distract them.
Retreat fee will be charged to the students and it will be added to their tuition fee after their scheduled retreat.
