It maysoundstrange,but J.KRowlingwroteahugeamountofnotes,(most
of which were on scraps of paper) and eventually amassed a mountain ofnotes,
starting the first strands of what would be a magnificent web of writing.

J.K Rowling was born in Yate, England, on July 31, 1965, which was
actuallythesamedate ofwhich HarryPotter was born!Shegotherpenname,

Rowling,fromhername,Joanne, and hergrandmothersfirstname,Kathleen.And
as a child, J.K Rowling was fascinatedinwriting.Shewroteher first novelat the
age of eight, and was about a rabbit named Rabbit. When she was eleven, she
wrote a novel thathadvery complexplots, describingsevencursed diamondsand
the people that owned them. As a child, she went to Wyedean Comprehensive
school and went on tolearn Latinandotherclassiclanguages.Thisartlatercame
in handy when she was thinkingfor alltheHarry Potterspells,most ofwhich are
actually based off of Latin! During college, she went to Portugal and married a
Portuguese Journalist, Jorge Arantes. They had one daughter, Jessica.
Unfortunately, their marriage didnt workout,andshedivorced herhusband and
married an antitheist, named Dr.Neil Murray. They had two children together,
DavidandMackenzie.
J.K Rowling is best known for her Harry Potter series, but she has written
many other books. She was
very determinedandambitiousinherwork.Shetook
nearly 10 yearstowrite the HarryPotter series. The firstfiveyearswerespenton
planning her first novel. J.K Rowling was a single mother on public assistance
when she wroteherfirstnovel,HarryPotterandtheSorcerer'sStone.Bythethe
lastbook,shehadalreadybecamefamousandhadtobookahotelroomjustsoshe
could finish the series. After the Harry Potter series, she wrote a book called the
Casual Vacancy.Thisbookreceived mixedreviews. Afterseeingthisfailure,she
lateroptedtowrite abookaboutcrimefiction,butthatwasamysteryinitself.She
wrote the trilogy

Robert Galbraith.
At first, nobody knew of J.K Rowlings secret identity, so at
first, the books received decent and modest reviews. Atleast,thathappened until
people discovered who Robert Galbraith really was. She has also written three
companion books for the Harry Potter series, including
Quidditch through the
Ages

Fantastic BeastsandWhereto FindThem
,and
theTalesofBeedletheBard.
Her love for the Harry Potter series has clearly been shown through these books

unspoken but very defined rule inthewritingworld,andthatistonevercompare

processforthe HarryPotterserieswasquite complicated,andincluded3rdperson
view. It had limited point of view asall scenesgothroughHarryspointofview,
and Harry Potter is the instrument from whom we glean thoughts fromthe story.
She also believed that you should not just dream, but fulfill and complete them.
