What is a phobia?
A phobia is an irrational or excessive fear of an object, situation or activity.
Causes of Phobia :
• 1- Environment
• 2- Negative Experiences
• 3- Genetics
            Symptoms:
• You feel uncontrollable anxiety when
  exposed to the source of your fear
• You feel the need to do everything possible to
  avoid your fear
• You are unable to even function normally because
  of your anxiety
• You know your fears are unreasonable/exaggerated
  but you’re not able to control it
• You get anxiety just thinking about your fear
Physical & Physiological Reactions:
•   1- Sweating
•   2- Rapid Heart Beat
•   3- Difficulty in Breathing
•   4- Feeling of Panic/ Anxiety
•   5- Stomach Disorder
   Types of Phobias:
There are three major types of Phobias:
1- Social phobias
Fear of social situations e.g. Gatherings, Face to face
 conversations etc.
2- Agoraphobia
Fear of being trapped in an inescapable place or
 situation.
3- Specific phobias
Fear of a specific object or situations e.g. Spiders,
 Driving, Lighting, Blood etc.
