Pursuant to our discussions today during our meeting, we take pleasure in engaging your firm DealReal Consulting Inc as our broker for consummating the transaction of our Koparkhairne Hospital Building in sector 17.

We would like you to solicit potential customers either for an outright purchase OR for Lease of the entire premises on mutually accepted terms and conditions.

In the event of a successful transaction, we shall pay DealReal Consulting Inc a brokerage fees in full as under, within seven working days after full and final payment.

a) For Lease: We shall pay amount equivalent to One months of Gross average rent for the entire period of the Lease tenure, plus tax as applicable b) For Sale : We shall pay amount equivalent to One percent of the Gross sale value, plus tax applicable. c) For Joint Venture : As per mutual understanding

Looking forward to a healthy association in the times to come.
