About Reliance Petroleum and Gas
Reliance Petroleum Limited (RPL) was set up by Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), one of India's largest private sector companies based in Mumbai. Currently, RPL is subsidiary of RIL, and has interests in the downstream oil business. Jamnagar refinery has a capacity to produce 27 million tonnes per annum. It will be the sixth largest refinery in the world.

HC says mukesh ambani (RIL) to supply 28 million standard cubic meters per day to RNRL @ $2.34/m british thermal units.

In the favour of Mukesh Ambani. Price was subject to approval. The family MoU was not technecally binding, share holders has no idea of the contents of the agreement. KG basin is the property of govt.
