OCCASION: INITIAL COUNSELING CONDUCT: LCpl. FERNANDEZ is expected to use his chain of command starting with Cpl. Suarez. SNM will show up to his appointed place of duty on time or will be held responsible under ARTICLE 86. SNM will also have the appropriate uniform of the day. SNM is expected to keep up with the Physical Fitness standards in accordance to MCO 6100.13. Customs and courtesies are always going to be highly expected of him. SNM is expected to know her job and train for new responsibilities to prepare for the next rank. SNM will be held responsible for his actions and needs to keep in mind he is representing the Marine Corps both on and off duty. SNM will strive to improve himself and get promoted to the next rank.
