Hazardous waste threatens human health or the environment and includes items like ETP sludge, fluorescent lamps, used oil, and lead batteries. Non-hazardous waste does not pose such threats and includes rejected panels, cutting waste, empty cans, paper waste, and scrap metal. The manual describes how non-hazardous waste like rejected panels, cutting waste, and paper are sold to local vendors for disposal.
