AFFIDAVIT OF NON-FILER / LOW INCOME

I, ORLANDO B. ENQUIG, of legal age, Filipino, and with residence at


Bajumpandan, Dumaguete City, Philippines, having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That among the requirements for getting tax certification at the BIR is the
affidavit of no income.

2. That I hereby declare that I do not earn anything being a house husband and
dependent only on the income of my wife, Marilou D. Enquig .

3. That my total gross income during the taxable year 2017 and 2018 did not
exceed Php 36,000.00, by reason of which I am not required under the law to
file the an income tax return..

4. That by reason of the foregoing, I could not present a copy of the required
Income Tax Retruen for the taxable year 2017 and 2018..

5. That I execute this affidavit to establish the foregoing facts and to support the
application for tax certification at the Bureau of Internal Revenue, as well as for
other purpose this may lawfully serve.
