I – OBJECTIVES:
   A. Content Standard:
   B. Performance Standard:
   C. Learning Competencies/Objectives:
            - Take this from the Curriculum Guide. Simply copy what the CG prescribed,
since the CG is the masterlist of the competencies per desired curriculum.
II – CONTENT:
           - State the topic as far as the competencies are concerned.
III –LEARNING RESOURCES:
              - Write down the name of textbooks used, other resources such as the
                  technology intend to use.
IV – PROCEDURES:
   A. Review :
              - Present the lesson by recalling the past discussion. It is believed that
recollection of the past discussion has a direct impact and bearing to the
present discussion. This activity will also serve as motivation on the part of
the learners on what they are going to meet along the discussion. Reflective
thinking is best considered, that is the students are guided to reflect on the past
discussion or idea that has bearing to the present and intend competencies.
This is teacher-centered activity and of course with student participation.
   B. Purpose of the lesson:
              - The teacher will present the lesson by simply unfolding the desired objectives.
This must be done through activity or sometimes a teacher presentation.
Student participation is necessary. State the activity in declarative and present
                  tense statement.
C. Presenting Examples:
          - This follows after the unfolding of the purpose of the lesson. The teacher will
encourage the students to be familiar of the desired competencies.
Highlighting the examples will give student verifiable data and deeper look
and eventually understanding of the desired lesson. State this in a declarative
and present tense statement. If there is instruction, please define.
D. Practice #1 :
          - The curriculum believes that “practice makes the work perfect”. Teacher must
present series of practice to develop skills and full understanding. State this in
a declarative and present tense statement. If there is instruction, please define.
E. Practice #2 :
          - Additional rehearsal of the desired competencies. If the first practice promotes
learning this is a follow up to enhance. If not mastered a supplemental and
              reinforcement.
F. Developing Mastery
          - This is an affirmation activity that indeed the students learn the competencies.
State this in a declarative and present tense statement. If there is instruction,
              please define.
G. Practical Application:
          - The holistic view of the K to 12 Curriculum defines the two views of learning
that is the content standard and the performance standard. Teacher must
design activity to translate the idea (content standard) into actual and life
meaning activity (performance standard). The holistic view of the current
curriculum promotes that what the mind accepts must be perfectly done by the
hands. This is the real essence of education; we develop the holistic mind,
behavior and work of individual. State this in a declarative and present tense
statement. If there is instruction, please define.
H. Generalizations:
          - The teacher will craft question regarding the topic discussed and ask the
students to answer or perform it. The teacher will simply ask question, the
student is the one who will give the generalization. This part of the DLP is the
concept making, here the idea is clearly defined. Go back to the list of
competencies in your objective in crafting your generalization. The listed
objectives are the reason of teaching then they are the reason of the
generalization. State this in a declarative and present tense statement. If there
              is instruction, please define.
I. EVALUATION :
          - An assessment activity intends to gather immediate feedback if the student
mastered the topic discussed. Go back to your objectives in crafting the
evaluation. If the objectives behavioral statement is define then the evaluation
is to define. Evaluation must be checked, the result must be communicated to
the learners. Evaluation is also intended for the teacher, since this is your
license if to continue the next competencies or to give remedial lesson and
reinforcement. The desired PL of 75% is the license to go on. If lower
              remediation is suggested.
  J. Additional Activity for application:
            - This is the time for giving agreement and or assignment. Agreement is the
time for preparing the next discussion like advance reading or requiring them
to bring resources. Assignment is still practice activity to see to it that the
learners’ did not forget what they learned in the lesson. Assignment is an
extension of the lesson done. This is an assurance that even at home the child
still recognizes the lesson learned base on the discussion. DO NOT GIVE
ASSIGNMENT WHICH YOU DID NOT DISCUSS YET.
V – REMARKS:
            - This is a teacher self realization and reflection on how far he/she delivered the
curriculum. Reflective thinking is best applied her.
VI – REFLECTION:
            - The moment of getting through how far is the impact of the teaching done by
the teacher. Please refer to the result of your evaluation. This is the valid bases
                of your reflection.
