KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

SEDEUNG TRADING CO. LTD. (the “Company”), a corporation duly


organized and existing under the laws of Republic of the Philippines, with principal
address at 218 La Fuerza Plaza 2, Don chino Roces Ave., Makati City 1223, Metro
Manila, represented in this act by its President, HYE KYOUNG CHUN, do hereby
name, constitute and appoint ATTY. HERZL HALI HERMOSA, ATTY. EUNICE C.
GO, and MR. ROLANDO MORETE, with address at 26th Floor, Citibank Tower,
Valero St. cor. Villar St., Makati City, to be its true and lawful attorney, in its name,
place and stead to file the application for Pre-arranged Employment Visa of Mr.
Jaekwang Chon with the Bureau of Immigration.

Hereby giving and granting unto said attorney full powers and authority to do
and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authority to file, as fully to all intents and purposes as it might or could lawfully do,
with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all
that said attorney or his authorized representative shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue thereof.
