Respected Mayor Bernard Dy and the office of Cauayan City,

I am writing on behalf of MultiSys Technologies Corporation (MultiSys), a software engineering


solutions firm that provides a wide-range, cost-effective, and full-scale service to tailor-fit and
empower businesses. We would like to formally present our company core and services to you.

We have been in this business for 7 years and we can proudly say that we have grown our client
base because of our headstrong and relentless drive to meet our clients’ needs above and
beyond. We provide multi-platform digital solutions that includes websites, mobile sites,
managed services, and many more. We are the technology arm of several private companies
and government sectors.

In view of this, we would like to request an Authority to Travel for the following persons on
February 28, 2019 to March 01, 2019 at the MultiSys Head Office, #14 Mt. Olives St, Multinational
Village, Brgy. Moonwalk, Paranaque City, Metro Manila.
