IT ENABLES LEARNERS TO;

Develop an interest in the study of history

 Develop appropriate skills and tools of analysing historical transformation of societies


 Develop a sense of patriotism through appreciating history
 Nurture unhu/ubuntu/umunhu through participation in various historical activities

OBJECTIVES
BY the end of the term pupils must be able to;

 Define the term history


 Describe historical events in their context
 Assess the significance and relevance of historical information and draw conclusion.
