The Purge
21 Maret 2021.

Scene 1
(Jam 4 sore, 3 jam sebelum The Purge, Fachry lagi
di depan rumahnya, baru pulang. Tiba2 ada
tetangganya, Hafidz nyapa fachry.)
Deandra : Hey, Mikey. Are you ready for The Purge
tonight?
Fachry : Yeah I am, I hope you're ready too.
Deandra : I am. Hey, I will have another party at
my house, you wanna come?
Fachry : No thanks, Max. I'm just going to be in
the house with the others.
Deandra : Okay then, have a save night, Mikey.
Fachry : You too, Max.

Scene 2
(Fachry masuk ke rumah, dimana Gita, Fadhira,
Faiz lagi ngumpul di depan tv.)
Gita : Look, Mikey's home.
Faiz : Hey, Mikey. Look, we got new surveillance
cameras.
*faiz nunjukin layar cctv*
Gita : The cameras are at the front door, the
terrace, and the garage.
Fachry : Good. Hey, let's eat before we get ready
for tonight.
Fadhira : Okay, I'm going to cook. Be at the table at
five, okay?
Faiz : Okay.

Scene 3
(Jam 5, mereka berempat ngumpul di meja
makan, mereka makan sambil bahas buat nanti
malemnya.)
Fachry : Okay, remember. Like always, The Purge
will be held from 7 p.m to 7 a.m, and we will start
locking up the house at six thirty.
Gita : And like any year, once the siren goes off, all
crime will be legal, including murder. The
emergency services will be suspended, so no
police, fire, or medical emergency services.
Faiz : Why do we have to do this?
*semuanya ngeliatin faiz*
Faiz : Why do people have to die on this day? It's
not fair.
Fadhira : You know why, Mevvah. People are
allowed to have revenge on the people they hate, so
they can live peacefully.
Faiz : But this is not peaceful.
Gita : It may be hard to understand, but it's better
this way.
Fachry : Hey guys, its six. We have to get ready and
lock up.

Scene 4
(10 menit sebelom mulai The Purge, mereka
ngumpul di ruang keluarga buat nunggu mulai.)
Fadhira : Have you guys locked every door?
Fachry : Yeah. Are the cameras on?
Fadhira : Yes they are.
Fachry : Good, and the guns are in the guest room,
just in case.
Gita : So we'll just wait until the siren goes off.
*sirene bunyi*
Fachry : Alright guys, I know bad things happen
tonight, but we can afford protection. So we'll be
fine.
Fadhira : Can I go now?
Gita : Okay, let's go, Alyssa.
*fadhira & gita pergi ke atas*
Faiz : Why aren't we doing this?
Fachry : Why are you asking that? We don't need
to kill the people we don't like.
Faiz : But they do, why don't we?
Fachry : It's hard for you to understand, but the
purge saved our country.
*faiz ngangguk, fachry pergi*

Scene 5
(Faiz lagi liat layar cctv, tiba2 keliatan di luar
rumah ada orang yang berdarah2 lagi nyari
bantuan (Alfian). Faiz langsung ke pintu depan,
ngebukain pintu buat orang itu.)
Faiz : Hey! Come here! Get inside!
*alfian lari ke rumah*
(Fachry sama Gita denger Faiz teriak, mereka
langsung ke pintu utama.)
Gita : Mevvah, what are you doing?!
Faiz : He was bleeding!
Fachry : You can't let strangers inside! We don't
know what he could do!
Gita : Wait, where is the man?
(Sementara mereka lagi berantem, Alfian kabur
trus ngumpet)
Gita : Oh no, where's Alyssa? The man could hurt
her.
Fachry : Aubree, stay with Mevvah, I'm going to
find Alyssa.

Scene 6
(Fachry, Gita, Faiz ke kamar tamu, Fachry nyiapin
pistol buat nyari Alfian)
Fachry : Mevvah, you stay here, I'm going to find
Alyssa, and the man.
*fachry keluar kamar*
(Faiz ngeliat layar cctv, ada enam orang pake
topeng jalan mendekati rumah)
Faiz : Aubree, you need to see this.
*fadhira masuk sebelom gita liat layarnya*
Gita : Alyssa! Are you okay?
Fadhira : I'm fine, where's Mikey?
Gita : He went to find you.
Faiz : Guys?
Gita : Wait, Mevvah. We need to find Mikey.
*fachry masuk*
Fachry : There you are, Alyssa. Are you hurt?
Fadhira : I'm okay.
Faiz : Guys!
Fachry : What is it Mev?
Faiz : Look at this.
(di layar cctv, lima orang itu udah di depan rumah.
Ketua dari mereka (Fadel) ngehadepin cctv yg di
depan pintu utama, kelima nya masih pake topeng,
Fadel lepas topengnya.)
Faiz : I think that one is saying something.

Scene 7
(Di layar cctv, Fadel lepas topeng)
Fadel : Good evening, Mikey. I can tell that you
support the purge, so listen closely. Let me
introduce us, we are some fine, young, very
educated guys and girls. And we are ready to kill,
as we do every year.
Our target escaped us, and the neighbors told us
that you let him in your house. My friend, the man
you are protecting is nothing but a homeless pig.
You need to return him to us, alive.
Heres the plan, guys. I'm giving you one hour to
get him to us, or we will break in, and kill you.
Don't make us kill you, just let us purge. See you in
one hour, my dear friends.
(Fadel pergi dari pintu, trus matiin listrik
rumahnya)

Scene 8
(Di dalem rumah, semua lampu mati. Di kamar
tamu, yang jadi sumber cahaya cuma layar cctv.)
Gita : Mikey, they can't get in here, right?
Fachry : Yes, yes they can get in to our house. So
here's what we're going to do. We're going to give
them what they want, we're going to find that man
and force him to get outside. We have guns, he
doesn't.
Faiz : But they'll kill him. Why should he die?
Fachry : It's him or us, Mevvah.
Gita : Wait, where's Alyssa?
Fachry : She was just here. Maybe she went to her
room again?
Gita : Okay, then. Berto, you stay here, me and
Mikey are going to find him.
Faiz : Why can't I come?
Fachry : Because you'll protect him. Just stay here.
*camera ke arah cctv*

Scene 9
(Gita lagi nyari di garasi, tiba2 pintu garasi
digedor2)
*dari luar pintu*
Ria : Why won't you give us the homeless man?
Amanda : No one's gonna miss him when he's gone
Ria, Amanda & Elvi : Pretty please… *ketawa2*

Scene 10
(Faiz sendirian di kamar tamu, ngeliatin layar cctv.
Di layar cctv orang2 yg diluar nakut2in lewat
camera, nodongin senjatanya ke camera, main2
sekitar rumah. Faiz ngeliatnya panik, abis itu
ngambil senter buat nyari Alfian.) {{{gausah di

Scene 11
(Faiz ke lantai atas, nemu Alfian ngumpet di
belakang sofa.)
Faiz : Hey, come with me
Alfian : Don't take me outside, please.
Faiz : I'm not, come with me.
(Faiz nganterin Alfian buat ngumpet.)
Faiz : Stay here, don't go anywhere.
Alfian : Hey, thanks.
*Faiz pergi*
Scene 12
(Fachry lagi nyari Alfian di ruang tamu, tiba2
pintunya di ketok)
*dari luar pintu*
Fadel : Hey! Sorry to interrupt, but i would like to
have a word with you! Come to the front door, it's
just a moment.
*fachry buka gorden pintu depan*
Fachry : There you are.
Fadel : Thank you for coming here. Tell me, why
haven't you given us the homeless man yet? Are
you protecting him?
Fachry : Of course not, we just haven't found him.
Fadel : And why did you let him in, Mikey? Don't
you support us?
Fachry : We support you, but my friend, Mevvah
still doesn't understand about all this, and he was
just–
Fadel : Yeah, yeah I get it. But remember, your
time is almost up.
Fachry : I'll go get him
Fadel : You should.

Scene 13
(Fachry lagi nyari di lantai atas, trus nemu Alfian
ngumpet. Alfian dipukul sampe gasadar, trus
diseret balik ke kamar tamu.)

Scene 14
(Gita sama Faiz udah di kamar tamu, Fachry
masuk bawa Alfian)
Fachry : Aubree, get a rope! Let's tie him up. Berto,
give us some light.
*gita ngambil tali, faiz ngarahin senter ke fachry.
gita ngasih fachry tali, fachry ngiket alfian*
Fachry : Let's tie him to a chair.
(Fachry mulai ngiket Alfian ke kursi, tiba2 Alfian
bangun trus coba bebasin diri, Fachry nahan
Alfian di kursi.)
Fachry : Aubree! Shoot his leg!
Gita : What?!
Fachry : Shoot his leg!
Faiz : Mikey, don't do this!
*gita nodongin pistol ke kaki alfian*
Gita : Mikey, look at what we're doing. We're no
different to the people outside.
*faiz pergi dari ruangan*
Gita : This is wrong.
Fachry : We don't have a choice.
Gita : How did this happen? Look what we're doing
to him.
Gita : Where's Mevvah?
Fachry : Mevva?
Gita : Mevvah! I'm going to go find him.
*gita keluar ruangan*
Alfian : Take me outside.
Fachry : What?
Alfian : Save your kids, take me outside.
Fachry : No…
*fachry ambil dua pistol trus keluar dari kamar*

Scene 15
(Di depan kamar tamu, Gita sama Faiz baru
dateng.)
Fachry : Aubree, take this gun.
*fachry kasih pistol ke gita*
Faiz : Are you gonna kill him?
Fachry : No. Take this gun, and hide upstairs in
your room.
*fachry ngasih pistol ke faiz, faiz ke lantai atas*
Gita : What are we gonna do?
Fachry : We're going to fight. This is our house, if
anyone enter, you shoot them.
Gita : Okay, You go upstairs, I'll guard here.

Scene 16
(Di luar, fadel sama kelima temennya udah siap2
masuk.)
Fadel : Mikey! I'm sorry to tell you this, but your
time is up! And you failed! I'm very disappointed
in you! So say goodbye to your friends, because we
are coming in!

Scene 17
(Fadel masuk lewat pintu depan bareng grupnya.
Di meja ada foto Fachry, Faiz, Gita Fadhira di
bingkai, di ambil sama Fadel.)
Fadel : They're hiding somewhere. Find them.
*mereka mencar*
Scene 18
(Di lantai atas, Faiz lagi ngumpet di belakang
kasurnya. Faiz ngarahin senter ke pintu, tiba2 ada
suara2 di depan pintu. Faiz matiin senternya, pas
dinyalain lagi, ada Hafidz di depan dia. Faiz di
tarik Hafidz berdiri, nodongin pistol ke kepala
Faiz. Tiba2 Fachry masuk nembak Hafidz.)
Fachry: Berto, are you okay?
Faiz : Yeah, I'm fine.
Fachry : Okay, come with me, you stay in the guest
room.

Scene 19
(Gita naik tangga, ternyata dibelakangnya, Ria
berdiri bawa pisau.)

Scene 20
(Di kamar tamu, Faiz lagi liatin layar cctv, ada
tetangga2 nya jalan ke rumah bawa senjata2.)

Scene 21
( Di lantai atas, Gita ke ujung lorong, di
belakangnya masih ada Ria, berdiri doang. Gita
ngeliat ke belakang, Ria udah gaada. Gita mau ke
tangga, tiba2 Amanda muncul dari kamar sebelah.
Gita kesandung trus jatoh, kakinya dipegang
Amanda, Ria muncul trus megang kedua tangan
Gita.)
Gita : No! Please, don't!
*amanda & ria ketawa2*
*ria ngasih amanda pisau*
Gita : Please! No!
(Amanda mainin pisaunya di leher Gita, pas mau
nusuk Gita, Amanda sama Ria di tembak sama
tetangga2nya.)

Scene 22
(Fachry ke ruang makan, ada Elvi sama Deandra
lagi robek2 kertas2 & foto2 Fachry dkk. Fachry
nembak Deandra, Elvi kaget trus mau nusuk
Fachry pake pisau. Fachry ngindar, trus nembak
Elvi di kepala.)
(Fachry baru mau pergi, tiba2 Fadel muncul trus
nusuk Fachry di perut, trus langsung dicabut.
Fachry kaget trus kesandung.)
Fadel : I have a question, Mikey. Was he worth
your life? Your friends? Thank you, for this
unforgetable purge, Mikey.
*fadel pergi*

Scene 23
(Gita pergi kebawah, ngeliat Fachry duduk
senderan di tembok, bajunya berdarah.)
Gita : Mikey?! Berto! Alyssa! Come here!
*faiz dateng*
Faiz : Mikey? What happened?
Gita : Is he dead?
*faiz periksa denyut nadinya di pergelangan
tangannya*
Faiz : He's dead…
*fadel muncul*
Fadel : Thank you for your sacrifice. Bless be
Ameruca, a nation reborn.
(Fadel nodongin pistolnya ke Gita, Fachry, Faiz.
Tiba2 Fadhira dateng nembak Fadel. Fadhira
deketin Fachry, Gita, Faiz.)

(Tetangga2nya muncul, ngelilingin mereka.)

Gita : Thank you.
Hafidz : We saw you were in trouble.
Adit : We decided to help you.
Gita : You saved us, thank you.
*ria ketawa*
Ria : Don't thank us too much, Aubree.
Amanda : The truth is you're ours not theirs.
Gita : What? What do you mean 'ours'?
*hafidz adit nyeret fachry*
Faiz : What are you doing?
Hafidz : Mikey is dead, Aubree and the others will
have too.
Ria : Tie them up, we'll kill them right here.
*gita, faiz, fafhira diiket*
Gita : Why are you doing this?
Deandra : When we saw your doors were open, we
saw a chance.
Amanda : You think you're so perfect with all your
money.
Gita : Please, please untie me. Please untie us.
Adit : It's over, Aubree.

*tetangga2nya ngelilingin faiz gita fadhira bawa

senjata masing2*
Ria : I'll go first, then we'll take turns.
(Tiba2 Alfian dateng, nembak Hafidz, trus
nodongin pistol ke Ria.)
Alfian : Drop your guns.
*tetangga2nya naruh senjatanya ke lantai*
Alfian : Untie them. Now.
*gita, faiz, fadhira dilepas ikatannya*
(Gita, Faiz, Fadhira ke belakang Alfian, Alfian
masih nodongin pistol ke tetangga2 yg di
depannya.)
Alfian : Your choice.
Amanda : Come on, kill us.
Ria : God, Hurry up!
Gita : No.
Faiz : They're gonna kill us.
Gita : No, we'll wait until the purge is done, with
no more killing.

Scene 24
(Di pagi hari, jam 6.50, 10 menit sebelum The
Purge selesai. Gita, Amanda, Ria, Elvi, Hafidz, Adit
duduk di meja makan nunggu sampai jam 7,
sementara Alfian jagain mereka sambil bawa
pistol, Faiz sama Fadhira lagi sama mayat Fachry.)
Gita : How did you enjoy Max's Purge party,
Kendall?
Elvi : Go to hell.
Gita : What did you say?
Elvi : I said it was nice.
(Akhirnya jam 7, sirene The Purge dibunyikan,
nandain selesainya The Purge. Faiz sama Fadhira
dateng ke meja makan.)
Gita : Now get out of my house.
*tetangga2 pergi, alfian naruh pistol di meja, trus
pergi*
Faiz : Wait, are you going to be okay?
Alfian : Yeah, thanks.
Faiz : Thank you too.
*alfian pergi*
(Faiz, Fadhira, Gita duduk di meja makan)
Fadhira : So, what now?
Gita : We get ready for next year.
