AFFIDAVIT OF NO INCOME

I, VIOLY N. JAVIER, Filipino, of legal age and resident of 1028 Zapote St. Area
D, Camarin 2, Caloocan City, upon my oath do hereby depose and say, that:

1. That I am not gainfully employed thus, I only receive a minimal weekly


remmitance from my daughter that is barely enough for me and my family’s
sustenance as the result of taking care of her children;

2. That I am not currently employed with any person, natural or juridical, and I have
not been gainfully employed, hence I have no other source of income.

3. My common law husband VIRGILIO P. ANACTA and I is separated for 19 years


now;

4. I am executing this Affidavit of No Income to attest to the truth of the foregoing


facts and to use the same for whatever legal purpose it may serve.

Caloocan City, Philippines.
