ADMISSION NOTICE FOR CLASS – I


Session 2019-20
Admission to class I for the session 2019-20 will be done from
27.03.2019 to 29.03.2019.
All parents whose wards are appearing in the provisional selection list
should report to the Vidyalaya with the following documents for
admission between 08:30 am to 01:30 pm in the above mentioned
dates.
Documents Required:
1) Copy of Online Application with all uploaded documents in
original and photo copy.
2) Date of Birth Certificate (Original & Photo Copy)
3) SC/ST/OBC/BPL/EWS Certificates in the name of student/parent
for admission under RTE and reservation category.
4) Service Certificate & Details of Transfer from competent authority
in case Central/State Govt. Employees (Service Category I to IV)
5) Copy of Aadhar card of student and parent.
6) Residence Proof (Aadhar Card/Ration Card/ Voter ID/Rent
Agreement )
7) Disability Certificate (In case PH Category admission)
8) Blood Group (Proof of Student)
9) 2 Nos of Passport Size Photo
10) Affidavit from Ist Class Judicial Magistrate in Case of SGC Students.
11) A fee of Rs.1525.00 has to be paid through Net Banking / Debit
Card at the time of Admission for all Candidates except RTE
Candidates.
