Product Retailing Scripts

Marketing 4cc of product each month is not a difficult task because our products are unique,
consumable, and of the highest quality. Let’s describe the various methods available to you. Start
by becoming your own best customer. Even the smallest of families can use a case credit or
more every month. You should demonstrate your enthusiasm and determination by getting into
the habit of using as many products as you possibly can. Go through your home and replace as
many items as you can with their corresponding FLP products.

The Telephone Contact


(After the initial pleasantries)
“The reason for the call, ____ (Name)____, is because I know you’ve been
bothered with ([digestive problems] [skin problems] [stiff joints]) over the years… I’ve
come across an amazing product which I think will help you. Can I come over
and show you what I’ve found?” What is it? “Well, ____(Name)____, I really can’t do it
justice over the phone; can I come over tomorrow or the next day?”

“The reason for the call, ____ (Name)____, is because, if you’re like me, you are
very interested in maintaining your health and vitality. Is that right?” Yes, it is
important to me. “Great, then you’re just the person I want to talk to! I’ve come
across some products that can help just about anyone enjoy better health and
have more energy. Can I come over and show you what I’ve found?” What is it?
“Well, ____(Name)____, I really can’t do it justice over the phone; can I come over
tomorrow or the next day?”

The In-Person Conversation


Ask yourself this question, “Who should be using FLP products?” The answer is obvious:
everyone! Since everyone can benefit from the products, you should talk to everyone about them.
Where do you meet everyone? Why, everywhere, of course! This means that you can build your
business with everyone you meet everywhere you go! There are many ways to guide a
conversation toward one of the products. Questions are the best way.
“I couldn’t help but notice the rash on your hands; does it bother you a lot?”
(Response) “The reason I asked is because I know of a product that you might like
to hear about – do you have a couple of minutes?”

“I’ve been drinking this aloe vera and pomegranate blend and I can’t believe how
much energy I have!

“Do you have all the energy you need?” (Response) “The reason I asked is
because I know of a product that you might like to hear about – do you have a
couple of minutes?”

“Do you know anyone who needs to lose weight? because I have something that
can really help them.”
When you’ve captured their interest, continue by sharing some personal experiences with the
product. Encourage them the try the product with something like,
“You should give it a try; I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.”
Then, give them your business card and suggest that they visit your MyFLPBiz website to order.

The Referral
A person who is having good results with our products can be a tremendous resource of new
people to whom you can introduce the products. The key to unlocking this resource is simply to
ask:
“Do you know anyone who might benefit from our products?”

The Follow-up/Up-Sell for Repeat Business


Our products are highly consumable, and their effects are immediate and noticeable. This is a
great advantage to you, because when your friends use them up, they want more. Just be sure to
keep in contact with them periodically. If, by chance, you have customers who prefer that you
order the products for them (instead of ordering online themselves), you might say something
like,
“I am placing my FLP product order, and didn’t want to leave you out; is there
anything you need?”
“Knowing how much you like the Aloe Vera Gel, I think you would love our Sonya
Serum. It is aloe based and the best thing you could ever put on your skin! Would
you like to try some?”

The Product Demo


The Demo is divided into three parts: first, show the product segment of the “Your Dream Our
Plan” presentation (which can be streamed or downloaded from flpmedia.com; second, briefly
show your five favorite aloe products and relate your personal experiences in using them; and
third, suggest that your guests try the products and ask them if they would like to order. Have
your computer nearby so you can register them as preferred customers and place their orders
right then. Keep your Demo to 30-45 minutes.
“Hello, and welcome to our Forever Living Product Demo. My name is
____(name)____, and I am excited to have this opportunity to share with you just

a few of our world-famous health and beauty products. Before we get into
specific products, let’s start with a short video introduction.”
Show the “Aloe Drinks” video; or the Product portion of “Your Dream Our Plan” video. (Both are
located at www.flpmedia.com).
“Forever Living is the world’s largest manufacturer and distributor of quality aloe
vera health and beauty products. Let me tell you about some of my favorites, as
well as answer any questions you may have.”
Tell your experiences with 5 to 10 of your favorite products. As you first mention each product,
point out where it is located in the product brochure so that your prospects can mark it if they are
interested. When you have finished:
“These products are too good to pass up, and they all come with a money-back
satisfaction guarantee. Which ones are you interested in ordering?”
If you have Internet access, help each person place an online order. If not, take the orders and
payments. For hesitant prospects, give them your MyFLPBiz website address and invite them to
order online from their homes.

The Ecard and Evideo Message


This simple-to-use tool allows you to retail the products via email. To do so, select the E-
Messaging tab in your Business Center, then select eCards, click on Create New Card and follow
the prompts to add your own message. Here’s an example:
“I have been so impressed the Aloe2Go! I can’t believe how much more alert and
energetic I am. You can learn all about it and other great products on my
website. Please check it out and let me know what you think!”
