Job Responsibilities:
Designing & modifying Trim parts (Interior / Exterior)
Design considering interface packaging, manufacturing and assembly aspects.
Responsible to follow up standard work procedures, methodologies etc, with desired quality and
within the given time
Maintain current CAD file management practices.
Release the design data in the system as per required product data management system within
project timeline.
Creation of Drawings & 3D annotations with proper GD&T and datum points in Catia V5/ UG NX
and Release for Production.
Essential:-
Experience in designing Automotive Interiors / Exterior Parts.
Expertise in Catia V5 or Unigraphics.
Knowledge of Automotive Plastics and other Interior or exterior Parts.

Job Description:
This position is responsible for creation of CAD geometry and Drawings in support of various closure
projects. You will have responsibility for:
Be responsible for the design and development of
Pillar Trims: A Pillar, B Pillar Upper & Lower, C Pillar Upper & Lower, Scuff plate , etc.
Headliner: Fixed roof, Panoroof, Opening pano Roof, etc.
Carpet & Load Space Trim: Front/Rear Carpet, Dash NVH, Bulkhead Insulation, Load
Space Side, Parcel Shelf, Load Floor, Storage Block, etc.
Ensure data is up to date and reflects the required levels of maturity at any given
point in time
Provide CAD support, leading and progressing the design in line with the program
timescales and deliverable cadence
Ability to check and manage clearance to interface parts.
Ensure manufacturing feasibility of parts.
Ensuring issues that cannot be resolved are escalated to Lead Engineer
Ensuring that the all project deliverables are met.
