FUND MANAGER COMMENTARY


USD Fixed Income Fund recorded performance of +1.63% in December 2018, as investors still viewed Indonesia positively and had added positions in Indonesia bonds.
The yields given by USD-denominated Indonesia sovereign bonds were deemed attrative. Overall Indonesia sovereign bonds prices gained, led by the 7-year tenor. In
the first month of 2019, bonds prices will remain volatile, depending on US - China trade negotiation, US and China economic condition and upcoming election in
Indonesia.

IDR Fixed Income Fund recorded performance of -0.10% in December 2018, as foreign funds reduced holdings of IDR government bonds slightly by IDR 7.3tn and
Rupiah depreciated 0.62% MoM to IDR14,390/USD. Inflation in November 2018 stayed stable at 3.20% YoY (October 2018 at 3.16% YoY) as Clothing, Health,
Transportation, Housing, Water and Energy prices increased. Volatility will remain in Indonesia government bond market next month as investors will continue to watch
the progress of trade negotiation between US and China, US and China economic conditions, and upcoming election in Indonesia.

FUND MANAGER COMMENTARY
In December 2018, IDR Equity Fund booked performance of +1.24% mom, in line with JCI (+2.28% mom). By sector, inside JCI, Consumer Staples was the largest positive
contributors (+1.26% contribution) while Consumer Discretionary become the largest negative contributors (-0.2% contribution). Despite global market correction which
was driven by worry on trade negotiations due to Huawei CFO arrest and less dovish Fed stance, Indonesian market performed positively. BI maintained benchmark rate
at 6.0%. Full year 2018 inflation remained under control at 3.13% yoy. While November trade data reached unexpeced huge deficit at USD 2.05bn. Going forward,
Indonesia Equity market will continue to depend on domestic economy development, USD/IDR currency movement and global risks’ dynamics.

FUND MANAGER COMMENTARY
During December 2018, IDR Money Market Fund booked return of +0.38%. Inflation in November 2018 stood firm at 3.23% yoy (+0.27% mom), compared to the
previous month’s figure of 3.16% yoy (+0.28% mom). Bank Indonesia kept the 7-days Repo Rate unchanged at 6.00% as anticipated. The recent consolidation in
USD/IDR provides scope for BI to hold following its pre-emptive 25bp hike in November. Meanwhile, Banks increased their time deposit rates at the range of 7.25%-
9.50%.

During December 2018, IDR Dana Berkah Fund booked return of +0.39%. Inflation in November 2018 stood firm at 3.23% yoy (+0.27% mom), compared to the
previous month’s figure of 3.16% yoy (+0.28% mom). Bank Indonesia kept the 7-days Repo Rate unchanged at 6.00% as anticipated. The recent consolidation in

FUND MANAGER COMMENTARY
In December 2018, IDR Balanced Fund booked performance of +0.65%. Indonesian Equity market performed positively despite global market correction which was driven by worry
on trade negotiations due to Huawei CFO arrest and less dovish Fed stance. While in the other hand, foreign funds reduced holdings of IDR government bonds slightly by IDR
7.3tn and Rupiah depreciated 0.62% MoM to IDR14,390/USD. Inflation in November 2018 stayed stable at 3.20% YoY (October 2018 at 3.16% YoY) as Clothing, Health,
Transportation, Housing, Water and Energy prices increased. Volatility will remain in Indonesia government bond market next month as investors will continue to watch the
progress of trade negotiation between US and China, US and China economic conditions, and upcoming election in Indonesia.

During December 2018, IDR Cash Syariah Fund booked return of +0.35%. Inflation in November 2018 stood firm at 3.23% yoy (+0.27% mom), compared to the
previous month’s figure of 3.16% yoy (+0.28% mom). Bank Indonesia kept the 7-days Repo Rate unchanged at 6.00% as anticipated. The recent consolidation in

FUND MANAGER COMMENTARY


In December 2018, IDR Equity Syariah booked performance of +2.06% mom, in line with JII (+3.4% mom). By sector, inside JII, Consumer Staples was the largest positive
contributors (+2.7% contribution) while Consumer Discretionary become the largest negative contributors (-0.5% contribution). Despite global market correction which was
driven by worry on trade negotiations due to Huawei CFO arrest and less dovish Fed stance, Indonesian market performed positively. BI maintained benchmark rate at 6.0%.
Full year 2018 inflation remained under control at 3.13% yoy. While November trade data reached unexpeced huge deficit at USD 2.05bn. Going forward, Indonesia Equity
market will continue to depend on domestic economy development, USD/IDR currency movement and global risks’ dynamics.

During December 2018, IDR China India Indonesia Equity Fund booked performance of +0.32%, in line with mixed movement of the three underlying markets in IDR (MSCI
Indonesia +1.3% mom, MSCI China -5.5% mom, MSCI India +1.1% mom) amid global market correction, driven by worry on trade negotiations due to Huawei CFO arrest and
less dovish Fed stance. Going forward, China, India, and Indonesia equities will continue to depend on economic development, currency’s stability, and global risks’ dynamics.

FUND MANAGER COMMENTARY


In December 2018, IDR Prime Equity booked performance of +0.53% mom, in line with JCI (+2.28% mom). By sector, inside JCI, Consumer Staples was the largest
positive contributors (+1.26% contribution) while Consumer Discretionary become the largest negative contributors (-0.2% contribution). Despite global market
correction which was driven by worry on trade negotiations due to Huawei CFO arrest and less dovish Fed stance, Indonesian market performed positively. BI
maintained benchmark rate at 6.0%. Full year 2018 inflation remained under control at 3.13% yoy. While November trade data reached unexpeced huge deficit at
USD 2.05bn. Going forward, Indonesia Equity market will continue to depend on domestic economy development, USD/IDR currency movement and global risks’
dynamics.

IDR Prime Fixed Income Fund recorded performance of -0.12% in December 2018, as foreign funds reduced holdings of IDR government bonds slightly by IDR 7.3tn
and Rupiah depreciated 0.62% MoM to IDR14,390/USD. Inflation in November 2018 stayed stable at 3.20% YoY (October 2018 at 3.16% YoY) as Clothing, Health,
Transportation, Housing, Water and Energy prices increased. Volatility will remain in Indonesia government bond market next month as investors will continue to watch

In December 2018, USD Onshore Equity booked performance of +0.27% mom, in line with MSCI Indonesia in USD term (flat mom). By sector, inside MSCI Indonesia, Consumer
Staples was the largest positive contributors (+1.2% contribution) while Consumer Discretionary become the largest negative contributors (-0.5% contribution). Despite global
market correction which was driven by worry on trade negotiations due to Huawei CFO arrest and less dovish Fed stance, Indonesian market performed positively. BI maintained
benchmark rate at 6.0%. Full year 2018 inflation remained under control at 3.13% yoy. While November trade data reached unexpeced huge deficit at USD 2.05bn. Going
forward, Indonesia Equity market will continue to depend on domestic economy development, USD/IDR currency movement and global risks’ dynamics.
