What is a proof of residence?
Payoneer can sometimes ask for a proof of residence to confirm your address. A proof
of residence is a document confirming where you live – it needs to have both your full
name and your address printed on it.
We accept the following kinds of documents as a proof of residence:
national ID
driver’s license
recent utility bill (gas, water, electric, landline phone, cable TV)
recent bank account statement
Please note that we cannot accept visas or stamps in your passport as a proof of
residence.
You can scan your documents (we prefer jpeg files) and send them as an attachment to
your reply to the email you received from us. Alternatively, you can send them via our
Contact Us form.
