JOB SUMMARY
To provide technical support for all arms of ministry in
the local church for special programmes and regular
church services, ensuring that effective communication is
achieved through technical excellence. To ensure the
development of skills, spiritual maturity, discipline and
excellence in all members.

KEY DUTIES

 Ensures that members are technically and spiritually prepared to serve at both
regular services and special occasions and understand the spiritual implication of
the technical ministry.

 Ensures that potential and functioning members meet the requirements set out in
the policy guidelines

 Evaluates training needs and makes recommendations for skills development as


necessary

 Develops a programme for preventative maintenance of equipment

 Ensures that proper infrastructure is in place for safety and reliability at all times.

 Assesses the need for and makes recommendations for replacement, upgrading
and acquisition of equipment.

 Keeps abreast of new methods and trends as it relates to the technical ministry
