Report on Steel Structure of Rental Warehouse at AMEZ

Date: 10.03.19
 Today we have a meeting with a steel structure company named ‘Innovative Squirrell
Engineering Ltd. (ISEL)’. We provided them plot no. 35 and 36 for the warehouse. I
talked with Engr. Kabir of ISEL and give him all requirement of warehouse.
 Our plan is to have a rental warehouse of 10,000 sqm ( Approx. 1,07,600 sft )
 Area of Plot no. 35 is 75,515 sft (Approx.) and Area of Plot no. 36 is 83,516 sft
(Approx.)
 We have a plan to give the full area of Plot no. 36 and about one third area of Plot no.
35 to cover our required area.
 ISEL will provide their proposal within this week.
 We’ll go for the different steel structure farm to justify the proposal. Then we’ll analysis
the structure and estimate it with our in house team. After then we can select the vendor
for the construction.
 I myself and our in house Architect is already working on the architectural plan of the
given area.
