Respected Sir/Madam,
Government College of Engineering and Research, Awasari (Kh), is offering an
education in different branches of engineering. This college is AICTE approved and affiliated to
Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune.
As per the curriculum by Savitribai Phule Pune University, students are supposed to work
and study some useful topic important to the society. In this regard, a group of students have
selected the topic entitled “ Net Zero Energy Building” and have started the work.
Sir, in this context, it is further requested to provide the data from your department to
explore the selected project topic. Hence, it is requested to give the permission for visiting to
suzlon one earth being the students from government educational institute.
Further, we would like to request you to instruct the concern person/department to
provide necessary data required by these students and also to provide some guidance/documents
to complete the project in time. It is assured that the information/data provided will be used for
academic/educational purpose.
