KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, ROLANDO MOJICA RIVERA and MANUEL GERONIMO B. MOJICA, both of


legal age, married, both with residence and postal address at Roxas District,
Quezon City do hereby CONSTITUTE and APPOINT, MARY ANN E. LUMACANG,
married, likewise of legal age, and with residence and postal address at Roxas
District, Quezon City, as our true and legal representative to act for and in our
name and stead and to perform the following acts:

To represent us during the meeting with the Barangay Chairman of


Barangay Mataas na Lupa, Indang, Cavite, and to enter into
amicable settlement and compromise agreement pertaining our
inherited property situated at Brgy. Alulod, Indang, Cavite.

WE HEREBY grant our representative full power and authority to execute


and perform every act necessary to render effective the aforementioned power
as though we ourselves have so performed it and hereby approving all that he
may do by virtue of these presents.
