Student's Dedication and Leadership

Ahtasum is a student who consistently demonstrates dedication, responsibility, and compassion. He helped another person skip a long line at the passport office by offering his place. He cares for his younger brother by taking him to and from school and activities since both parents work. When organizing a class party, he proposed donating funds to an orphanage instead to make the event more meaningful. Ahtasum also volunteers his time to help clean the campus and ensures his grandparents receive their medications and other needs are met at home while most teens focus solely on grades. The lecturer is impressed by Ahtasum's unusual level of responsibility.

Honorable admission officer,

Once I went to passport office to make my passport. In front of the passport office there was a
huge row. So I was about to wait for a long time. But in the first position of the row Ahtasum was
standing .He noticed me. Suddenly I found Ahtasum is coming towards me . He came to me and
told me ,”Sir, you are standing at the last point of this row .You have to wait for along time. So
why don’t you take my place and I take yours? Then I took his place and he took mine. One day I
with my younger son was coming back from market . In the street I met Ahtasum . I asked him,”
where are you going?”. He answered ,” Sir, my parents both go out for job daily .I have younger
a brother .I have to take care of him and I have to take him to school and return back him to
house. Now I am going to take my brother back from his coaching center.”

In 2016 on our Victory day we all wanted to make something different. So we wanted to make a
human flag. Then I called Ahtasum and told him to make arrangements of gathering 20 boys and
20 girls to make a human flag. Ahtasum then gathered 20 boys and 20 girls and I trained them
including Ahtasum and we all had made a Human flag. The annual examination was held and
the students wanted to do relax. So some of my students wanted to make a class party. So they
came to me to take permission on it. When I proposed the proposal of class party in front of other
students in the class, then Ahtasum stood up and said ,” Sir I want to say something.” I said,”
tell.” He told that ,” Sir class party is enjoyable but If we do not make party rather if we collect
the money and donate it to a orphanage It will be more beautiful. This way we will make this
moment memorable.” I said to the students , “ Are you agree on Ahtasum’s proposal ?” They all
said yes.Once there held a Campus Clean program . In that program we selected our slogan as
Clean your own waste. Ahtasum attended the program.I know Ahtasum a boy who feed his grand
parents drugs on time and does the house hold work like paying the electricity bill and collecting
pure water from tube-well for his family, buying the grocery commodities etc.

This type of dedication and responsibility is unusual in my opinion as most teen are seen
competing for high grade and they have confined themselves into their material world.
