COMES NOW the State of Mississippi and enters its motion to nolle prose qui the
indictment filed against LINDA BRUNE, subject to approval by the Court, and in support of said

Motion offers the following:

Defendant, LINDA BRUNE ,was indicted on the charge of Uttering Forgery


by indictment filed herein by the State of Mississippi on August 10, 2017.

That the State of Mississippi submits that this case should be dismissed in
the interest of justice.

WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, the State respectfully moves the Court to


Nolle Prose qui the Indictment charging the Defendant, LINDA BRUNE, with the offenses of

Uttering Forgery, in the interest of justice.
