Self Evaluation Drama Club

Elizabeth Bohannon evaluated her performance as the teacher for the Spring Creek Middle School After School Drama Club. She rated herself as average in collegiality and collaboration. She saw her commitment and dedication as above average but her raw talent/ingenuity and performance/execution as average. Her greatest strengths were putting in time and thought to help students and executing their ideas. She could have made a stronger contribution by better assessing student needs and involving her co-teacher more in lesson planning.
