100 KICK Taekwondo Workout

This Taekwondo workout consists of 5 rounds of 20 kicks each with a 10-15 second break between rounds. Each round focuses on a different kicking technique: round 1 is skipping front roundhouse kicks, round 2 is back leg roundhouse kicks to the trunk, round 3 is defensive back roundhouse kicks, round 4 is back leg roundhouse kicks to the head, and round 5 is 20 double kicks with the front leg alternating.
